Is it possible to Hackintosh a Lenovo ThinkPad P53s? (specs in post)

Hi there Hackintosh community,

I was wondering if it would be possible to hackintosh my Lenovo ThinkPad P53s. I know there are certain parts and what not that will allow it, but in general, I'd really like to know if it'd be possible because I want the experience of macOS without having to... y'know... pay another 1k+ for another laptop.

Specs:

Processor RAM Storage Graphics Card
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz, 2112 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) 32GB DDR4 2400MHz 512GB SSD (IIRC) NVIDIA Quadro P520 2GB GDDR5 64Bit

If there is anything I missed or need to specify, please let me know. I only gave the basics because those (from what I've seen with others) are usually the most important.
