Help with Plist file

Hi, so ive been following this guide which i saw in here and im in the point of needed to edit my .plist file. The issue is: i dont know what to edit, not how, but what.

Looking for other plist for my specific model i found this guide at the TonyMac forum

The issue is, this guide is for high Sierra and im trying Mojave and i read somwhere that some things already work without needing to edit the Plist

My laptop is an Inspiron 7460

Intel Core i5 7200U

8Gb DDR4

Intel Graphics

nvidia 940MX (i know this wont work)

1 m.2 128 SSD

1 500gb 7200 HDD (i want to install MacOS in here as a test)
