Has anyone successfully used a DW1820A?

I need an m.2 wifi/bluetooth card for my Inspiron 7586.

I've heard the DW1560 works great out of the box, but it's about $100 AUD (~ $70 USD) on eBay.

The DW1820A is a fifth of the price, and has a similar chipset - the BCM94350. I've googled a bit, and I can't find any clear information about this card's hackintosh compatibility - some people say it works just fine, and others say they get system slowdowns and crashes.

Has anyone got this card working, especially on Mojave+?
