Graphics fix (and clarification questions)

System: - Processor: Intel i9 9900k

  • RAM: 64GB DDR4 RAM Corsair Vengeance

  • MoBo; Asus ROG Maximus XI Hero-WiFi

  • dGPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti

  • SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500gb SSD

  • PSU: Corsair RM750x

  • Boot Drive: Sandisk 32 gb USB 3.0

  • Rosewill AC1300 Wi-Fi PCIe card

So I just got macOS Mojave up and running. The SSD is formatted to AFPS. Now, I would do the post installation stuff. But I need to keep my USB in my PC because;

I literately CANNOT navigate the UI! It’s all white, or sometimes they’ll be like rainbow covered, non-rendered buttons and icons. I 100% know this is a graphics issue. I know my gpu is unsupported, but I planned on using integrated graphics anyway.

So couple of questions and some clarifying ones:

  1. Do I need to redo my installation and gather additional Kexts for integrated graphics?

  2. Silly question, but if I’m using integrated graphics, I must plug my monitor directly into the integrated graphics port right? Because right now, if I do that, my entire screen turns into that rainbow-y texture where it looks like nothing renders

  3. Unrelated question, but do I need to instal Kexts for my WiFi card too? Or should it just work out of the box? Only asking this because I’ve read some posts saying they’ve got that Rosewill card working out of the box
