Deskmini 310 or NUC8 ? What is easier for SFF ?

I am thinking for a first time hackintosh, and I am looking for the easiest possible small form factor hackintosh box....

I need to keep the price down, but have adequate CPU power in the range of i5-8400 or similar. No GPU could fit inside such a sff pc, so I will have to go with Intel integrated graphics.

I have searched a lot, but I have found only 2 options: (InWin Chopin was excluded because of a) bigger size b) reports of loud PSU fan)

1. Deskmini 310 with i5-8400/8500 (is i5-9400 possible? not a single case found in any site)
2. NUC8i5BEH

As far as I know both can be fitted with BCM94352Z (Correct me if I am wrong...)

As I am a newcomer to this, I would prefer the easiest to achieve hackintosh solution of the two. MacOS Mojave or newer (no previous OS versions).

I have searched through the internet (Reddit and elsewhere) for the 2 above stated systems, but haven't got a clear answer as to whether an easy hackintosh is possible... I am trying to avoid messing with advanced hacking like framebuffers etc., and unfortunately in most cases with any of the two systems I read about A LOT of problems with iGPU not correctly recognized. That's my main concern...

So looking for a system with which to get Full GPU acceleration as easy as possible.

Can I achieve that with either of the two systems? Will the newer BIOS version included in a recently purchased PC from the two mean incompatibility with helpful guides on the internet using same PCs but with older BIOS?
