Building a Hackintosh for computer graphics workstation advice

As the title says, I'm looking for some advices on my first Hackintosh build. I will start courses in computer graphics / 3D soon (OpenCL, Metal, Vulkan, OpenGL, Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya, VR/AR etc...). I might also dual boot it with Window for occasional gaming. I need something rock solid and easily upgradable under $2000.

Here's my buying list.
