Build Compatibility and Questions

Hey all! First timer here, just trying to plan a build!

Backstory / Information

-Like others I want a Hackintosh because I'm a big fan of MacOS, Airdrop, and iMessage, but hate that Apple price tag.-I will be using this build for video and photo editing. I'm not opposed to making proxies for high bit depth footage, but would like to be able to edit 8bit 4k video smoothly - currently it can be rough on my mid 2014 Macbook Pro. I may end up playing some games on it, but capabilities there are not of priority.-I would like to keep the build around or under $1200 USD/ $1600 CAD-Currently I store all my photos and videos on external HDD's

Concerns

-Will my this current build be able to have Wifi/Airdrop/Bluetooth? If no, what else is required/ needs to be changed?-Is there anything in the build that I could compromise on to save money?-Do I need a better cooling system? Is there a way to tell what I might need?
