What's the best notebook for a hackintosh Mojave+

In case you have to buy a notebook anyhow which model/type (HW List) is best regarding

- fully supported HW (GPU, WiFi, Sound, Display, etc)

- latest MacOS release (= Mojave or later)

- Performance (maybe even to a real macbook or even better performance)

- suitable for dual/triple OS (Unix, Win10)
