What do I look for in a graphics card for an ancient build?

I have an ancient hackintosh running Yosemite. Gigabyte Z68MA D2H B3 motherboard with an i5-2500 CPU w/ HD3000

Now looking to upgrade to Mojave for which I need to have a graphics card. Anyone know of a tool/site where I can check if a card fits and works with a given motherboard?
