Want to learn Swift Programming language with Xcode and to develop skills in iOS development ..........

I am currently having Lenovo Laptop for programming. I want to learn Swift Programming in Xcode and develops iOS apps, but buying an MacBook is not an option to me. I was thinking about hackintosh or Installing MacOS in virtual machine for learning purpose. Which one is best option to learn swift programming language ??? Laptop specs : 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD, i7-7Gen, Nvidia 940MX 2GB graphics.

Please guide me how do I learn swift programming by installing MacOS on VM or hackintosh or any other better option you have.
