I know that using this kext it makes the cpu run full speed constantly, so I obviously dont want that. But I cant boot the installer without it on my msi z170 and pentium g4400.
Followed vanilla guide, set fakecpuid.. Tried setting C states and P states in config.plist. People say here all the time nullcpu is pointless, yet I cant boot without it? what am I missing?
