Hey everyone. This is going to sound so lame. Please be gentle. I made my first and only Hackintosh some years ago and since then have suffered mental health issue that mean my capacity to hack away and fix problems has become limited.
I have managed to cock-up my El Capitan install. It was misbehaving anyway as developed an issue where Finder would stop working and then the system would completely freeze except the pointer. This would happen after 45-60 mins use.
I have tried to follow along the tonymacx86 guide for updating to Mojave. I use Clover, so updated Clover to the latest version. I also changed my system profile in Multibeast to whichever iMac it recommends for Mojave – I wasn't able to download the Mojave update app from the app store with the existing profile.
I have rebooted my machine, and now I only see Windows. And that is where I am stuck.
I remembered that when I was building this, rampagedev had exactly the same motherboard and offered a premium service to get your Hackintosh working correctly with thunderbolt and everything all good. Only the old WordPress site appears to remain with links to the new site broken. Does this still exist elsewhere?
Are there any others offering a service to get your Hackintosh working correctly without issues for this motherboard? I was trying to get a video uploaded to YouTube today and couldn't because of the freeze-ups and now I am totally locked out of my mac os.
