mATX Hackintosh

I saw a video on youtube of a guy being able to build a Hackintosh on an ITX form factor. I want to be able to build at least a mATX one since ITX parts are more expensive

So as the title says I need some advice on some parts. I'm planning to build a budget hackintosh that could at least edit 4K videos on Final Cut Pro a bit smoothly. I'm looking at somewhere under the $500USD territory of possible. The core components I need are:

Good enough cpu (if there's a good enough ryzen cpu) AMD RX series GPUs that could handle it

I don't plan to use it for gaming but rather more on video editing and photo edting. Any advice would be great.
