Thought i'd ask here even though I have a real Mac Pro (5,1) about what Ethernet chipsets are supported by default. The built-in ethernet controller on this board has become a little bit flaky, and I'm seeking a PCI-E replacement. Apart from the chip it came with, I can't seem to find any concrete evidence of what the Apple provided kexts support, or what community kexts can be found and installed to get other hardware working (such as cards based on the Realtek 8211(?) chipset).
