Laptop keyboard not working

Hello I would like to ask for help about my Acer aspire E5-575g-53vg laptop's keyboard

Specs

CPU - i5-6200U

GPU - intel 520 hd

RAM - 8GB

Trackpad - ELAN0501OS - Mojave 10.14.6

So I have problem with my laptop keyboard, otherwise everything works fine well if we exclude sleep(if anyone is able to help I will be glad) otherwise everything other works even the trackpad gestures with 3-4-5 fingers work properly
