Found an Optiplex 3020 SFF for $68. Has an i3 4160 and a displayport output. Is that a decent deal?

This would be compatible with Mojave right? I'm not looking for discreet graphics or anything, if the igpu will work, then perfect.

This is mostly just a small fun project, and I'll be running an AirMessage server to test out with my phone, and otherwise just tinker with it.
