Frozen at "considerRebuildOfPreLinkedKernel org.tgwbd.driver.NullCPUPowerManagement triggered rebuild" for two hours, keeps happening

So, I've done some searching around and either the solution does not pertain to me or it does not resolve the issue. I am attempting to follow the AMD Vanilla guide . I am trying to install High Sierra 10.13.6 via USB install w/ LAN.

My build is an MSI computer bought from the store and it consists of :

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor

Radeon RX 580 Series GPU

B530M Bazooka Motherboard

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Ethernet Adapter

I receive a plethora of messages throughout the download/install in verbose mode, but I was told that a lot of them don't matter or are normal. This includes the "CPU not supported", "GPU not supported", "Please switch to XPC or bootstrap_check_in():" outputs. I wish I knew how to tell which ones I should worry about ?

My kexts in my CLOVER -> EFI -> CLOVER -> KEXTS -> OTHER folder include FakeSMC , Lilu, NullCPUPowerManagement , RealtekRTL8111 and WhateverGreen.

I've been using the config.plist from the 17h folder that the guide links to.

I am new to hackintoshing but I've been researching and messing with this on and off for about a few weeks. I still can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks in advance. Let me know if theres any more useful info I could provide.
