Clover Stops After Reboot

I used the vanilla install guide to set up my clover install for OSX Mojave and no matter what I do, it always stops and reboots at the following line:

Security policy loaded: Safety net for Time Machine (TMSafetyNet)

My hardware is as follows... any help would be super appreciated:
