Can Someone help me with DSDT and SSDT?

I have El Capitan installed on very old NEC PC. Everything seems to work. Some times power off and reboot issue. Can someone check my DSDT and SSDT? I don't see any errors, but there are bunch of "warnings", "remarks", and "optimizations". Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
