Can I install Hackintosh on this laptop, and can Hackintosh damage it?

The laptop is Dell Latitude 5500.

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-8365U (4.10 GHz)

GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620

RAM: 16 GB

I want to use it for at least 4 years. It's a school laptop, so I really don't want to ruin it.
