Any totally successful vega 64 users?

I want to build a new system with a vega 64. was looking at the ROG strix version.

does anyone know how to properly set the fan speed? I have reports of people changing tables to ramp up the fan speed, but all reports so far show that once the fans ramp up, they stay ramped up even when load and temps drop back down.

my other idea was custom loop water cooling. however, does anyone have success as far as automating pump speed and radiator fan speed?

I want a set it and forget it cooling option with a vega 64 that just WORKS.
