Any success stories with 3rd gen Ryzen paired with RX 5700 XT?

I tried to search for any success that people may have had but didn't really find any.

It's not a big deal for me as I'm buying a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT for gaming but I was thinking that would it be possible to install MacOS to a computer with those specs (was thinking of buying a SSD solely for MacOS) because I'd like to try this Hackintosh thing because it looks very interesting and I really like tinkering with stuff so this would be a great chance to learn something new about MacOS and how it operates and how to deal with not having a Mac but wanting to install MacOS.
