Way to make a High Sierra boot disk from Catalina?

Hi all,

I'm currently running on a Catalina hack, and want to install High Sierra on another machine (NVIDIA GPU), however when I go to the Mac App Store download page for High Sierra it says it's no longer available. Is there a way to get High Sierra still while on Catalina?
