I have my hack setup with the igpu disabled. Im running the following:
8700K Rx580
It's set to Mac pro smbios.
I'm debating enabling the igpu for quicksync. But as I understand it, it only speeds up export times for codecs like h.264 and HEVC. However I always export in prores and do a h.264 encode in a different program, set to prioritize quality over speed. (Ffworks) so I have the feeling that enabling it won't effect me at all.
Is that correct to assume?
