New X570 Build: Intel I211AT LAN and 802.11ax WiFi/Bluetooth Modules ?

I'm creating a new build, and am looking at using a Ryzen 3700 paired with a ASRock X570 board (probably Taichi) due to it being one of the few X570 boards with 6+ SATA ports and three m2 slots. This board has an onboard Intel 802.11ax WiFi & bluetooth module (can't seem to find exact chip model in specs) and onboard Intel I211AT ethernet LAN chip. Does anyone know if these will work under MacOS (natively or with patches), or would I need to purchase separate LAN and Wifi cards? If I needed to purchase alternatives cards, which ones would be recommended?

My other option for an X570 board is an Asus board (perhaps the ROG Strix), which are the only others to support 8x SATA. I like that it has more USB 3.2 ports than the ASRock, but it only has two m2 ports (versus 3) and lacks built-in wifi. It also has an Intel i211AT LAN chip and a SupremeFX S1220A audio chip.

It's been awhile since I built/maintained a Hackintosh, so any suggestions around an x570 setup would be greatly appreciated!
