Issues with clover on ASRock X79 Extreme 4-M and 3930K.

I have successfully installed macOS Mojave 10.14.6 on an ASRock X79 Extreme 4-M and 3930K. I had to turn of CSM in the BIOS to do so.

I can boot the the desktop using the boot loader on the USB installer but when I install clover and copy the config.plist and the kexts I need I am unable to boot from the ssd. In my BIOS the boot option says Mac OS X but it fails to boot and just puts me back into the BIOS.

I have tried formatting the EFI partition a couple of times and reinstalling clover with different settings.
