Freezing in Mojave, Possible Kext Issue?

Hi there,

Got macOS working last week but I still have an issue where everything freezes about 10 mins after booting up and I have to hold the power button to restart. From looking around it looks like this could be a kext problem. The kexts i'm using are:

NullCPUPowerManagement.kext

VirtualSMC.Kext

AppleALC.kext

FakeSMC.Kext

RealtekRTL8111.kext

WhateverGreen.Kext

I know I don't need to use both virtualSMC and FakeSMC but I accidentally loaded both when I first booted up. What I am confused about is how to stop the system running these kexts, I began with them all in the Clover > Kexts > Other file but even if I delete from there they still seem to take effect, for example ethernet still works without RealtekRTL8111 in the folder but stops working if I manual block that Kext through Clover. I've heard I may need to disable SIP to properly delete these kexts but to do this I need to boot in safe mode which clover dosen't allow me to do as it comes up with 'Error loading Kerenel Cache' when I try to boot. Help would be Highly appreciated!

Thanks.
