Do you guys think this method for having an Offline Installation will work? (Made the USB on Windows)

My thoughts are:

1. Use gibMacOS to get a full Installer files
2. Use MakeInstall.bat to create a Network Install USB
3. Pack the Installer files to an app
4. Use diskpart or disk management to format the left unallocated space on your USB to ExFat
5. Put the full app in the exfat partition
6. Prepare clover and boot to your USB
7. Go to disk utility to erase your disk
8. Run startosinstall of your Installer app in the exfat partition

Will that actually works?
