Cannot get past this with Asus x405 ua on Catalina beta 4 vanilla install

i have neccessary clover patches and whatnot and when I boot, I get either preboot from macos install or filevault plus my current start disk with catalina. I usually have to boot from macosinstall preboot to get the updating process going but I keep getting stuck here (Catalina beta using vanilla method trying to update to beta 4)
