Build Advice - First Time Poster here!

I am putting together a hackintosh for video and photo editing, and the below are the current specs I am looking at. I am hoping to get some pointers on how to best go abouts doing this, as I have never done this before. I have researched and done my homework as best as I think I could have, but I am not sure if I might have missed something.

Also, I am hoping to go with a completely Vanilla installation, with the least amount of problems I need to address.
