Upgrading my hackintosh, which CPU?

So I currently have a core i7 3770 with 16GB RAM with a 1080ti running High Sierra.

But lately after upgrading my GPU from a GTX 970 I've noticed bottlenecking in games.

My setup has two SSD, one for Mac and one for Windows, Mac for music production with Logic Pro X and video editing with Premiere, while the Windows is used for gaming etc.

So I want to upgrade my CPU. My 3 main options are the i9 9900k, i7 9700k and Ryzen 9 3900x.

I would've liked the 3900x but I'm not sure it's supported on Mac, which means the 9900k is the safer choice. So my question is, will I see a noticeable difference between the 9700k and 9900k when it comes to Music production? Or alternatively, can the 3900x be used without too much trouble?
