NTFS for Mac installed, my Windows Seagate drive is still read only.

I want to install my Steam games on my 1TB Windows drive as my macOS SSD is only 64GB.

I have Paragon NTFS for Mac installed which, to my understanding, should add NTFS support for Seagate drives however it is still showing as read only.
