Im trying to install macos on windows laptop with clover But the installer wont boot

Im using clover. But when i launch the macos installer it either says Error loading kernal, “this version of macos is not supported on this mac” or just a bunch of +++++++++ in one straigt line. Im using a Dell Vostro 15 3558 Intel Core i3 5005U Intel HD grpahics 3000 480GB 5400RPM HDD
