I really need some help - I've tried everything and I'm stumped

Ok so I have my hackintosh up and running. Here's a part list:

  • Gigabyte Desinaire z390
  • 9900k
  • 32GB Trident Z RGB
  • 2 x 500GB 970 Pro NVME SSD's - one for windows and the other for mac
  • FV-T919 Dual band 802.11AC

I have 2 major issues and would love them sorted because I've tried everything and I'm stumped.

  1. The wireless card I have requires for it to be plugged into the motherboards USB header which means I can't plugin my x72 Kraken or anything else into the header. So I purchased this: https://www.nzxt.com/products/internal-usb-hub
I have everything plugged in and all of a sudden my bluetooth card isn't detected by MacOS Mojave - as if the device isn't even in there. Wifi seems to be working. How the hell do I fix this.

  2. I followed the good old famous guide with an almost identical setup. However I can't get the OS to boot when I follow the instructions on the BIOS changes I need to make. So all of this is happening with a default BIOS. When I make changes it hangs on boot with a buffer error of some sort. I have already setup dual boot on both systems and can get into both. But the BIOS changes I've been asked to make wont let me boot into mac. Please help :)
