How to fix Instant wake problems?

My hackintosh has been running great for quite a while, but one problem that persists is the instant wake sleep mode problem. I haven't tried any of the methods like USBMap, as I simply don't really understand how to use it, even after reading through the GitHub page, and overall, I'm kinda lost on how to fix this issue. Any guidance would be appreciated!
