How to check temps?

Hey guys,

I have just finished my Hackintosh, and I want to see how the components are doing. They look fine in the BIOS but obviously that is nothing compared to when running programs and such.

Any recommendations? I saw this article by Hackintosher but I've heard not to trust this site, so I'm not sure.
