How can I install macOS on the same drive as Windows with Windows already installed?

Is there hopefully a way to do this? I don"t want to reinstall Windows nor format my DATA drive for macOS. I've tried partitioning the drive in Disk Management but when I go to format it as Macintosh Extend in Disk Utility it errors out and gets stuck unmounted and doesn't work

I'm planning on install Mojave or Catalina, I have the EFI already set up and working for both. I'm planning on doing a Vanilla Install (like usual) using the Internet Recovery Installer
