Hackintosh with the following components. Thoughts and advice.

I'd like to hackintosh my old pc from college. If possible I would like to use as many of the existing components and only replace what is necessary.

Any help, advice or suggestions would be really appreciated!

I already own the CPU, motherboard, memory, PSU and monitor. Everything else I am going to buy. The CPU is 3rd gen Ivybridge and is what I'm most avoiding upgrading because it's the most costly.
