Can I copy an existing EFI folder to a new drive and preserve existing Dual Boot?

I want to install a new SSD for macOS Catalina and preserve my existing dual boot situation below.

• Drive 1 - EFI / Clover and macOS 10.15 installed
• Drive 2 - Windows 10 installed
• Drive 3 - (macOS Catalina & Clover to be installed)

Can I copy the EFI folder from Drive 1 to Drive 3 or will that break the Dual Boot?
