My laptops battery wasn’t in a good place to begin with, with about maybe 3 or so hours in Windows, but on macOS, I’m getting about just over an hour. I even used the Intel Power Manager tool and power it draws in various situations is about the same as windows.
My laptop has an i3-5010u.
