Have started experiencing an issue with my i9-9900k hackintosh lately. Rendering video i'll walk away and come back and my monitors will be in sleep mode, when I try and wake the computer nothing happens and I have to hold down power and reboot. My renders have always failed when the machine comes back up.
I just watched a render and temps were bouncing between 75c and 85c. Then suddenly the screens went to sleep mode and the computer wouldn't respond until I rebooted. Is this thermal shut down? Do I need to dial back my settings in bios? I'm not overclocked at the moment, just have it set to auto.
