Should I switch my SMBIOS from 18,3 to 19,1?

Specs are as follows:

i5-8600k (3.6Ghz w/ turbo up to 4.3)

Gigabyte Z370N Wifi Mobo

16GB Ram

Sapphire Pulse Rx 580 8GB

1.25TB of storage

When I first built my machine in December of 2018 the closest model to my build was the 18,3 model. Looking at Everymac.com, it looks like the 19,1 model actually features an i5-8600 processor. The base speed is slower than mine though... my hack seems to be working quite fine right now, just wanted to know if doing so would lead to even better performance/optimization. Thoughts, input?
