Motherboard and front port i/o don’t work while Mac OS is running

Hello, I’m having trouble getting my USB ports to work while in Mac OS, i have tried isbinjectall.kext and an ssdt also the patches for 10.14.5 but nothing seems to work except for one port Specs: As rock h370m itx 8700k W.d 500gb nvme 2400 8gb ram Nzxt manta case
