Majave 10.14.5 with SN750 1TB/samsung 970 evo 1TB get random crash

Hi guys, recently I have setup a hackintosh:

CPU: I7 8700

M2 SDD: SN750 1TB

Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M PRO

After install Majave 10.14.5, every time I download xcode from apple.com, it get crash when it has downloaded about 300MB, sometimes 800MB. I also buy a samsung 970 evo 1TB to install Majave but failed, SN750 1TB can install Majave and all drivers work, can sleep and wake up/reboot/shutdown, but it get random crash...

I use a HD disk to install the Majave with same EFI, it work well and no crash...

So I can confirm that the m2 nvme ssd is the root case, can anyone have any idea to fix it?

Now I have return samsung 970 evo, only have SN750 in my hand.

I have do some research before I brought these two ssd, it should be compatible with macOS, but none of them is work..
