Help with fresh Mojave Install RX580/i5

Background:

I had my Hackintosh working with a 1050 Ti instead of the RX580. Erased my SSD and now I'm trying to do a fresh install of Mojave. I followed the Vanilla Install guide to make my usb stick.

SetUp

- Intel i5-7600k

- ASROCK z270 Killer SLI/ac

- Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ Special Edition 8gb

- Samsung 860evo M.2 500gb SSD

- Team Darkforce 3000MHZ DDR4 RAM 16gb

- Broadcom BCM94360CD

- LG 29' Ultrawide 21:9 2560x1080 Monitor

Errors

- Various SMC warnings about not being able to find a battery.

- Clover tries to boot into the MacOS installer, monitor always goes to "out of range"

Additional Info:

- I currently have the graphics card unplugged because I was unable to even get the clover screen to load with it in.
