[HELP] DW1560 recognised in system report but no networks are available

I have an XPS 15 9570 with the card stated in the title - images are of my kexts, bootflags, system report and network preferences. I am using LuletterSoul's CLOVER folder which can be found here: https://github.com/LuletterSoul/Dell-XPS-15-9570-macOS-Mojave

I'm at a loss... I've asked so many people about their combination of kexts and what have you, but nothing I try works. I can verify the card works perfectly in Windows 10.

All the Broadcom kexts are up to date, as well as Lilu. I've tried installing them in S/L/E but no luck either.
