Cooling and RGB - Corsair vs NZXT architectures

Hi everyone, I am currently planning for my first Hackintosh build ever, and as much as possible trying to get everything right the first time (I know, right...). But man does cooling is confusing!

I have read some issues with AIO cpu coolers and building guides usually don't list the NZXT Kraken x62 as compatible, but I know for a fact some have, and there seem to be similar issues with Corsair's own AIO coolers: mainly fan speeds and control, mac not staying asleep, and pump running 100% all the time. Note that I left GPU cooling completely out, mainly because I doubt I'll really need it soon.

My main questions are those:

1) Is one architecture more compatible than the other? Since I would also like to go RGB on my build (I might as well make it look neat if I don't have an Apple product), is one architecture better than the other on RGB controls and such?

2) Do I also risk having CPU failures and problems with heat going with an AIO, and from one particular manufacturer out of those 2? (I live in the Philippines, where it runs quite hot most of the time)

And thus, what is your general recommendation as to which system to go for in cooling/rgb?

Side question: Does my selected MOBO (see config below) have any restriction regarding this? (Sadly the Z390 designare ain't available in the Philippines, and seems to have less fan control and not support RGB Fusion from Gigabyte as far as I know, which could be a good backup plan to have)

What I understand so far (but would like confirmation):

NZXT is quite a bit cheaper than Corsair for all RGB/Cooling DIY items.

Corsair has the advantage of having the possibility to go full custom loop in the future (latest custom Hydro series) while keeping same infrastructure.

Some people seem to be able to adjust Corsair Link / iCue and fans speeds directly from a VM machine, which doesn't seem feasible with CAM and NZXT software? (can someone please confirm this?)

Both architectures seem to retain profiles for RGB lighting (having either Hue 2 or Lightning Node Pro) if booting on Windows first, saving desired config then booting on Osx (again, can anyone confirm and possibly let me know if I need dual boot with both osx and win10 on same drive for this to work?)

I am pretty much set on the core config so far, and have 2 options for the "extra stuff" detail below. Please let me know if I should add links to those items to some shop or something for ease of research, I was worried people would think it's affiliate links...

Core config:

MOBO: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Master (LGA1151) Z390, ATX, 4*ddr4 (Designare MOBO almost impossible to find in the Philippines, sadly... Might add a Gigabyte Alphine Right Thunderbold 3 ridge afterwards, do those work?)

CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K 3.6-5.0 ghz 8-Core 16-Thread 16mb UHD630, 95W, DDR4 2666, LGA1151 (Box Type)

RAM: 16gb ddr4 3200 Kingston/HyperX Predator RGB, CL16 1.35v, pn: HX432C16PB3A/16 (still hesitating with 4x16GB 3200 fro Trident Z instead, but struggling to confirm compatibility with MOBO, thoughts? Could go Corsair vengeance too for full unification)

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon™ RX Vega 64 8GB (might go Radeon VII if budget unlocks, but so far I've found some 2nd-hand Vega 64 that would be perfect)

PSU: Corsair 850watts PSU, RMX, RM850x, 80 gold, full modular

SSD: 2x 1tb Samsung 970 EVO SSD M.2 NVMe; R|W: 3400|2500 500k|450K, pn: MZ-V7E1T0BW

Case: Fractal Meshify S2 TG, white, atx, 3x120mm, pn: FD-CA-MESH-S2-WT-TGC (will go for NZXT H700i if I decide on NZXT architecture obviously)

Monitor: 27" LG 27UK850, LED, IPS, 4K 3840 x 2160, HDMI DP USB-C, speaker (thoughts welcome vs Dell U2718Q for Graphic design / Photo editing)

Extras & Cooling:

Total of 6 RGB fans (will replace the ones of AIO)

I know it's a lot to take and I have a gazillion questions in there (sorry in advance if those are duplicates, but didn't find straight answers anywhere), but I heard a lot of good things from the community and at this point I'm happy to receive any bit of information anyway. Thanks a LOT in advance !
