Took the plunge on upgrading from 10.14.3 to the 10.15 developer preview.
Gigabyte H370N w/ BCM94352Z card swap, i5-9600K, Asus RX 580 DUAL, 970 Pro SSD
First step was to update to Clover to r4945 and also lilu & whatever green.
Researching the insanelymac thread I saw rehabman's bluetooth patchram kexts weren't working on 10.15 so I moved them to the 10.14 folder. Plugged my BT keyboard and trackpad into USB so they'd work w/o BT...
Later I figured out I could keep the PCIID kexts, so the BCM card's Wifi is now working at least, which I need to push builds to my Apple TV! I have an Asus BT dongle that works for bluetooth connectivity, more or less.
Didn't need to muck with new port limit patches or make any changes to config.plist as I've already mapped the ports I need with CorpNewt's excellent USBMap.
Just ran the installer, when it rebooted the system I picked the install macOS partition and it did its thing, including renaming my "mojave" system partition to "macOS" heh.
No issues getting to the desktop, though I suspect I don't have headless iGPU set up correctly so maybe media stuff won't play.
System won't sleep as there's a background task always on, fileprovider or something -- probably a beta thing.
(Man I still don't like Swift. Think I'll just stick with Xamarin, or maybe try working within Unity again.)
