Which mojave guide for a T440s?

I’m looking at TonyMacs, but somewhere someone said it was outdated, and use insanelymacs guide instead.

Which I looked up google and his site but.. I’m not finding it? Just a link to a French guide.

Which do I use, or does anyone have a direct link that my dumbass can’t find? Thanks in advance.
