I have a mackintosh that was working well, but my old graphics card (GTX 645) failed. I replaced the card with an AMD RX570 based card by MSI, and I now find that one of my monitors suffers from dreadful hails round everything - it's like the entire screen has been over-sharpened in Photoshop! all are - AFAIK - up-to-date kext/10.14 is empty, and I am running Mojave. I have checked accessibility settings, I do not have high contrast set. Any suggestions as to where I start looking?
